It’s the replacement for the small gear (under the plastic bracket) that tends to break over time due to force and stress. . Steps: • Print solid • Push it on the metal pin. It’s a tight fit! See photo for placement. • TIP: Push it further down by putting a small pipe on top of the gear and gently hammer it down causing the gear to slide over the pin • In addition you could use some grease or silicon spray on the gears for lubrication making the wheel spin even better + expand the gears’ lifespan I’ve already repaired 2 Hovercats using this design 🤩 Any questions or need help?
