No metal bearings, screws, or extra hardware are required—just slice, print, and spin straight off the build plate!
⚙️ Recommended Print Profile (Printing Settings):
- Layer Height: 0.16 mm (Optimal for super smooth rolling spheres) or 0.20 mm (Standard)
- Wall Loops / Perimeters: 2-3 walls for extra strength on the wing tips
- Infill: 15% - 20% (Gyroid or Grid recommended; increase to 50% if you want heavier spin momentum)
- Supports: None (100% support-free design)
- Brim / Skirt: No Brim (Avoid brims so the internal bearing balls remain free to roll)
- Elephant Foot Compensation: 0.15 mm - 0.20 mm (Crucial to prevent the first layer of the bearing balls from fusing to the ring)
- Recommended Filament: Matte Black PLA (as pictured), PLA+, or PETG.
