Sobre este modelo
SINGLE CYLINDER ENGINE FIDGET TOY Well, what can I say...It's a single cylinder engine like fidget toy with a manual start mechanism that actually does the fidgeting. you just lock the manual start with its given hex bolt then just crank it and go ham on it. It got the ratchet mechanism to you can just pull back then crank it again and again. It works by using the manual start mechanism which is then adjusted in place and then cranked which them spins the crank-piece with flywheel and then it spins the camshaft gear which in turn rotates the driving gear. But the fun part is seeing the piston move up and down as you do so which is the satisfying part of it. Warning: put oil in the bottom crank case or lube up the entire internal moving pieces before fidgeting to prevent excess heat melting the pieces for then to lock in places after few uses.
INSTRUCTIONS: - Join the crank pieces with the female and male hex bolt along with the connecting rod
- join the connecting rod with piston with connecting pin.
- put in the camshaft gear in along with flywheel, thread-locker, ratchet mechanism part.
- put the cam shaft on the lower crank case where it fits neatly.
- put in the drive shaft along with its gear in it and then fit the two gears (cam shaft gear and driving gear to lock in their teeth).
- put in the kick bolt in the swivel bracket and put in the bolt by matching its hole.
- put in the swivel bolt along with the 'kick' it self so it fits and sits neatly and moderately tighten the swivel bolt
- put in the upper crank case and use the respective bolts and tighten. (you could pour in some oil before putting the upper case)
- Grab the piston head and slide it in the cylinder block.
- After aligning the cylinder block, use the T shaped holders and slide them in the sides of the block to hold it in place
- Voila! You've assembled the engine ready for use.
Very big on supports!
