A classic STEM build: hook a rubber band over the post at the front and the hook on the rear axle, roll the car backwards to wind the band round the axle, put it down and let go. Experiment with band length, wheel size and tyres. DETAILS • Chassis 130 x 46 mm, rear wheels 54 mm, front 32 mm. You need one rubber band (about 80 mm long, or a hair band), plus thin bands as tyres for grip. • The axles are D-shaped and the wheels press onto the D; the axles turn in pointed-top (teardrop) bearings. • Prints flat with no supports.
