ORBITSPIN is a print-in-place palm fidget spinner. A 68 mm rounded-hex body holds a free-spinning middle ring and a thumb-dimple hub. Each rides a captured V-track, so they spin independently and can be flicked against each other.

ORBITSPIN is a print-in-place palm fidget spinner. A 68 mm rounded-hex body holds a free-spinning middle ring and a thumb-dimple hub. Each rides a captured V-track, so they spin independently and can be flicked against each other.
Prints in one go with NO supports, flat on the bed. 0.42 mm clearance everywhere, so it breaks free with a light twist off the plate. Chamfered gap edges stop elephant-foot fusing. Hub, ring and body are separate parts for AMS multicolor. Size is 68 mm across flats by 12 mm thick.
Print ORBITSPIN_print_in_place.stl for the one-piece toy. The HUB, RING and BODY files are there for per-part color assignment. Settings are 0.2 mm layers, 3 walls, 15 percent infill, no supports, ironing off. Made on a Bambu Lab A1 and fits any printer.
