Mint Tin Rubber Band Paddle Boat
por Jack Lane en Thingiverse
I created this for my grandsons. This is a super simple paddle boat, designed to be the least amount of parts etc. and still have a boat that will paddle itself across a bath tub or kid’s pool AND fit in a mint tin. This fits, disassembled, in an Altoids mint tin. The rubber bands are the thinnest..

Sobre este modelo
I created this for my grandsons. This is a super simple paddle boat, designed to be the least amount of parts etc. and still have a boat that will paddle itself across a bath tub or kid’s pool AND fit in a mint tin. This fits, disassembled, in an Altoids mint tin. The rubber bands are the thinnest I had on hand. I do not recommend the wider sort you get on a bunch of celery as the bulk of the band will interfere with the paddle’s rotation. The only material requirement is that the material has to be less dense than water so that it will float. Simply wind up the paddle and let ‘er go!
