A print-in-pieces Menger sponge fractal puzzle, assembled with magnets — a satisfying display piece, brain teaser and magnetic desk toy.
What you get - 16 print-in-pieces parts
What you need - 40 magnets (6x3 mm)
🧲 Magnet placement - All magnets of one polarity → holes marked with two small bumps - All magnets of the opposite polarity → holes marked with two recesses - Following this, every joint attracts correctly
📐 About the model - Original Menger sponge cut with Voronoi planes - Great as a display piece, fidget and brain teaser
Good to know - Magnets are NOT included — you need 40 magnets (6x3 mm) - No glue required (glue optional for a permanent build) - Do NOT scale the model — the magnet holes would no longer fit the 6x3 mm magnets - Mind magnet polarity while inserting (see placement above) - Print without supports; pockets are sized for a snug press-fit
