Sobre este modelo
Your old Galaxy S9 is in a drawer. This turns it into a sleep clock for your child's bedroom.
The free Luna app draws a sleeping moon while it is still night, with a progress bar showing how much night is left. When the sun comes up on screen, your child can get up. It also plays their own songs and bedtime stories, and lets you listen in to the room from your own phone.

Why the case matters
A bare phone has a power button and a volume rocker, and a child will find both. This case covers them. The phone stops being a phone your child is borrowing and becomes an appliance with one job.
It also holds the phone at a readable angle from a bed, keeps the charging cable from being tugged out at 2am, and frames the screen so the clock fills the opening.
What you print
Three parts, all printable without supports:
1. Back shell. Grips the phone at its corners, open at the back so the phone vents its heat. Walls stand off the side buttons so a squeeze never reaches them.
2. Front plate. Clicks onto the shell. Has a thin ring around the screen opening that the app's nightlight shines through.
3. Stand. The case drops in and lifts straight out. Fits upright or turned over for a landscape clock.
Print settings
Material: PLA. Layer height: 0.2 mm. Walls: 3. Infill: 15%. Supports: none.
Front plate: print in white or translucent PLA, face down. The light ring is the first few layers off the build plate. Solid colours will block the nightlight.
Assembly
1. Slide the phone into the shell from the back.
2. Press the front plate on until it clicks on all four rails.
3. Drop the assembly into the stand.
To get the plate off again, push the phone forward through the open back. It lifts the plate evenly, which no fingernail on one edge can do.

This model is sized to the Galaxy S9 (148.0 x 68.8 x 8.7 mm). The free configurator builds the same three parts around any phone's measurements and gives you the STLs straight away. No account, no email address: https://luna-clock.web.app/configurator
The app
Luna is free, with no ads and no subscription. One app, two modes: Alarm Clock on the old phone, Parental Device on yours. They pair with a 4-digit code and talk over your own Wi-Fi, encrypted. Nothing about your child's sleep leaves the house: https://luna-clock.web.app
