The Impossible Thread looks like a normal screw thread, but defies all expectations of physics: You twist it consistently in just one direction – and the bolt travels back and forth (or vice versa if you hold the sleeve).
An absolutely addictive fidget toy that will amaze everyone who holds it ("Wait, how does that even work?!"). 📦 Available Versions
- Version 1: Single Color (Print-in-Place) - Fully assembled right off the print bed. No supports, no glue, no assembly required!
- Tip: Looks absolutely stunning with rainbow or gradient filaments.
- Version 2: Dual Color / Multi-Part (No AMS required) - Plate 1: Sleeve - Print the outer sleeve first.
- Plate 2: Screw & Assembly - The main screw prints with an automatic pause.
- Action: Drop the printed sleeve onto the screw core, swap filament, and resume!
