Sobre este modelo

Having created a DIY-print version of Kato’s viaduct track and some more Add-ons to it, as well as the original, I was several times asked, if I could design a similar viaduct to Kato’s H0-Unitrack, especially as Kato itself doesn’t offer anything for H0, at least so far. Some peoples even scaled up my n-scale viaduct, but this doesn’t really work, as the track geometry is different and some more things should be adopted. So, after a while I bought some H0-tracks and redesigned my viaduct for the H0-Unitrack system. Please note, that all is based on and tested with the R490 and R550-curved tracks I have now (and don’t really need myself, being an n-scale modeller). All other viaducts are designed equal and should work as well. If nor really, please let me know and give me information what is the issue. It will also be clear, that I don’t design turn-out viaducts as I have made for n-scale, at least until someone send me a turnout for taking dimensions and testing the viaduct. What I can promise for future are double tracks – they are already in work. The piers I will publish separate, to reduce confusion by all these different parts - see https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:7428979 Largest tracks will not fit on standard building plates; you will need larger printer or split the tracks in length. Also note, that tracks are printed without support, but with very fine layer height of 0.08mm to built up the overhangs. Don’t even try to print with higher layer thickness! Hope you enjoy these extended possibilities to create viaducts with KATO’s great track system. Happy printing and a lot of fun with your model railway layout!
