FREE Pilgrim Hat Spinner Pencil Topper No Supports

FREE download! A classic black pilgrim hat with a happy face: a tapered, flat-topped crown and a wide brim with a soft felt texture and stitch lines, a ribbed brown band, a raised gold buckle, and big white eyes and a white smile on the crown. Push it onto a standard pencil and it spins a full 360 degrees on a built-in captive spinner, the same print-in-place spinner as our football and baseball toppers. It prints in one go with no supports and no assembly.

Size: 45 x 45 x 31 mm. About 11.0 g of filament plus purge for the color changes. Print at 100% scale, because scaling changes the pencil fit and the spinner gap.

Slot colors: Slot 1 Black (crown, brim and spinner). Slot 2 Brown (hat band). Slot 3 Gold (buckle). Slot 4 White (eyes and smile).

Printing from the STLs? Import the four color files together as one object with multiple parts, then set Black to Slot 1, Brown to Slot 2, Gold to Slot 3 and White to Slot 4. The spinner is inside the Slot 1 file. Keep the model exactly as it is (no rotating or scaling), with supports and brim off.

After printing, give the spinner in the bottom a little turn so it moves freely, then push the unsharpened end of a standard pencil in and spin it.
