Compatible with ERTL track and trains This is a custom designed toy steam engine, made to fit the ERTL style. Fletcher is a mild-tempered, vulgar, yet rather kind engine from the quaint and unassuming Island of Prescaster, a small industrial island in the North Sea, off the UK's East Coast. Built in 1934 by the Millston Steam works as 1 of 14 engines in the Z Class, with a 4-6-0 wheel arrangement, they were truly versatile engines, serving as both passenger and goods trains up until the 1960's. Fletcher found work on Prescaster in 1941, tasked with hauling munitions from the factory to the mainland. After being recognized for his speed and efficiency, Fletcher found work after the war as an express goods engine, although his vanity got to the better of him, now he coplains that express goods is no longer "good" enough.
