This little hedgehog was one of my most loved designs, and I love him so much that I really wanted to design a special Christmas version of him. So this time, he’s hiding inside a mushroom sled, wearing a pair of reindeer antlers. 🦔🍄🎄

✨ This model is printed in two main parts and requires a Cherry MX style mechanical keyboard switch (see details below).

- Mushroom Sled (Base) The mushroom sled is the base of the clicker. Two versions are available, so choose the one that works best for you:

• Standard: can be used as a desk toy.

• With keychain hole: includes a small hole in the mushroom sled for attaching a keychain chain.

- Hedgehog (Top) The hedgehog is the movable part of the clicker. He attaches to the mechanical switch using the cross shaped stem and moves up and down inside the mushroom sled when pressed.

🍄 Multicolor AMS printing

This model is designed for multicolor AMS printing.

⚠️ Print profile note — don’t delete the yellow cube! If you’re printing the hedgehog in multicolor, the slicer might interpret some of the small color details as overhangs. I added a modifier (the yellow cube) to prevent printing issues.

Please make sure not to delete the cube from the print profile!

⚠️You will need a Cherry MX style mechanical keyboard switch. I used a square edged switch like in the photo, but I also tested with a smooth edged one and it worked fine. Make sure to check your switch model before printing and assembling!

⌨️ ✨ For those who aren’t sure which switch to get: I use a Cherry MX–style mechanical keyboard switch. It has a small cross-shaped stem on top where my models attach. You can find these switches in mechanical keyboard stores, electronics shops, or DIY keyboard sites.

🦔 Assembly: - Print the mushroom sled and hedgehog. - Insert the Cherry style switch (cross stem) into the cross shaped hole on the underside of the hedgehog. Tip: Add a tiny drop of glue to the switch to help keep it securely attached to the hedgehog. Make sure to use only a small amount! - Once the switch is firmly attached to the hedgehog, press it into the square slot inside the mushroom sled. - If you chose the keychain version, attach your keychain chain through the hole in the mushroom sled.
