100% Print-in-Place: Print it in one go—the legs swing freely straight off the build plate. No Supports Required: Optimized overhangs throughout the entire body and joints. AMS / Multi-Color Painted: Recessed eyes and mouth for clean, crisp color separation without bleed. Edge-Balanced Base: Designed with a flat, weighted seating area so it dangles without tipping over. Scalable: Tested down to mini scale while keeping joint clearances free. Recommended Print Profiles & Settings:
Layer Height: 0.20 mm (Standard) or 0.16 mm (Extra Smooth) Walls / Perimeters: 2 to 3 walls (ensures link strength) Infill: 10%–15% Gyroid Bed Adhesion: Textured PEI plate recommended. (Add a light brim if your printer struggles with small joint footprints) Supports: NONE
Tip: Let the build plate cool down completely before removing to ensure the hinge tolerances pop loose effortlessly.
