Sobre este modelo
ArcSpin Wand – Infinite Kinetic Magic Print-in-place kinetic fidget with dual-axis rotation
The ArcSpin Wand combines smooth sliding action with infinite multi-axis rotation. It takes the mesmerizing motion of the ArcSpin mechanism and turns it into an interactive, magic-inspired fidget toy.
I was browsing MakerWorld and saw several cool wand designs, when it suddenly clicked: What if I combined the endless, fluid motion of my ArcSpin designs with a wand? I drafted a quick prototype, printed it, and spun it for the first time.
The result was pure magic—I couldn't put it down. It never hits a dead end. When you slide the core to the top or bottom, it doesn't stop—it keeps freely spinning, creating a continuous, uninterrupted fidget loop.
- Endless Kinetic Flow: the core keeps freely spinning on both axes when reaching the top or bottom limits. Accelerate in the middle, coast freely at the ends!
- 3-Piece Assembly: Simple push-fit construction (Core + Rod + Handle). No glue required.
- Print-in-Place Core: The central piece consists of three interconnected ArcSpins. Each ring rotates freely on two axes while spinning smoothly along the rod.
- Customizable Lengths: Includes 3 rod sizes (Short, Medium, Long) so you can pick the feel that suits you best.
- Support-Free: Designed for clean, hassle-free printing right off the build plate.
- No AMS Required: Easy single-color or multi-color prints without multi-material systems.
