Edit 07/10/2026 : I redid the illustrations to make them easier to read. THESE ARE NOT TEST-PRINTED YET! But poses and parts being heavily reused, I don't think you'll have any problems. The usual details for my orc models : Scale is warmaster-like, 10mm to the eye level. The level of details will easily allow an upscale to 15mm and 20mm, maybe up to 28mm (I'm curious of the results, please tell and share a make if you try!). Of note: I kept some collisions between weapons, shields and hairs, when it looked good from afar. It won't show at 10mm, but if you print them at a bigger scale, check before printing. Informations on design and further kitbash: Limbs and weapons are only "joined" and not "booleaned" so you'll be able to mix and match parts easily if you want to. The fixed position part is the chest, drop arms+weapons, heads or legs from other minis and they will fall exactly in the right place. Then you just have to join the parts and export as a new .stl. Source of parts: - "HeroQuest - Orc Warlord ULAG" by enfenix (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3848689), sword, legs and arms; - "Warmaster Vampire Counts Skeletons" by tilinger (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:7137438), shields with plain wood and leather; - "Fantasy Arsenal (28mm/Heroic scale)" by dutchmogul (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2441531), wooden shield ; - "Lizard Men - Warriors and Archers" by Microcosm89 (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:7078026), stone axes (heavily modified).

(if I forgot a source, please tell me in comments, I used a lot of parts) And my own: - "Orcish heads with prehistoric/bone helmets" (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:7375553)

All heads based on Jazzmantis' excellent "Multi-part retro space orcs" (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4532582). Ponytails are from Tilinger's "Warmaster Goblins" (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6728506). Skull is from Tilinger's "Warmaster Vampire Counts Skeletons" (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:7137438).
