A rustic slatted crate design reimagined as a compact desk organizer. Horizontal planks with faux nail-head details and corner posts give it the charm of a miniature wooden produce crate, perfect for holding pens, pencils, markers, makeup brushes, small tools or craft supplies. It also works nicely as a decorative storage box for shelves, a planter cover, or a thoughtful handmade gift for teachers, coworkers and farmhouse decor lovers.
The model is supplied as an STL file for FDM 3D printing. The flat base and straight vertical walls make it well suited to printing upright; the open gaps between slats are bridged by the corner posts, so check your slicer preview for any overhangs. Wood-filled PLA or a brown filament enhances the rustic look, and the piece can be painted or stained after printing for a more realistic wooden finish.
