Sobre este modelo
A wireless video laryngoscope for airway management training, so that a whole group can watch the intubation on a phone or tablet at the same time. It is built from a cheap WiFi endoscope camera (about 50 EUR) whose complete electronics, battery, LED lighting and WiFi hotspot move into a 3D printed laryngoscope. IMPORTANT: This is NOT a medical device. It is meant only for teaching on manikins and must never be used on humans. Video transmission via WiFi can lag or drop out. Full build log with all photos, wiring details and LED resistor calculation (German): https://blog.josias.de/posts/videolaryngoskop/ Versions Version 1: first draft with a boxy electronics housing. Version 2: round handle with printed lettering (NOT FOR HUMAN USE and the app name WiFi Look), screwed lid with on/off switch, USB C charging port and status LEDs, available with a Macintosh style blade and with a hyperangulated blade. Material for version 2 WiFi endoscope camera with 5.5 mm camera head (I used one from OOZAKA), latching 12 mm metal push button, USB C panel socket, one red and one pure green 3 mm LED, resistors 150 Ohm and 33 Ohm, JST SH connectors, 2 screws M2 x 4 mm and 2 nuts M2, thin wire, black hot glue, sandpaper 80 and 220. Print settings 0.15 mm layer height, 12 wall loops, 30 % infill, with supports, printed lying with the NOT FOR HUMAN USE side facing up. For regular use in teaching I recommend GF ABS instead of PLA. Files Version2Komplett.3mf contains both version 2 laryngoscopes with lids and red lettering. The STL files are single colour. Fusion 360 projects are available on my blog.
