Keeps a window or a door open, by holding its handle. It's designed for an inward opening window/door, with a perpendicular wall next to it. The handle clicks in place, but it needs to be precisely positioned for this to work well, depending on the handle's size, flexibility and positioning predictability. Push down the lever to release the handle. Forcing it will still release the handle without breaking anything.
