I'm using this model Water Dispenser Lever for Whirlpool Refrigerators, that had the affect to add more water everywhere in the fridge. This tray catches most of it, but room is limited so no miracles here.
Print tight and as smoot as possible to limit the water seepage. I used PLA, but PETG would probably be a better choice. Should be printed on the side to avoid supports.
Cut a kitchen sponge to fit in the tray. Works well with https://www.printables.com/make/2272204
The Fusion 360 file is attached if modifications are needed.
