Sobre este modelo
A small springy clip that keeps the door of a front-loading washing machine slightly open after a wash, so the drum and the rubber seal can dry out. It helps against mould and that musty smell. ### Print settings – important - Nozzle and layer. Use a 0.4 mm nozzle and 0.2 mm layers. - Perimeters. Set 6 perimeters with a perimeter extrusion width of 0.45 mm. The wall is designed for exactly this, so it fills completely with perimeters. Infill and top/bottom layers don't matter. - Supports and brim. Neither is needed. - Seam position: Rear, with the jaws pointing to the back of the bed. This puts the start/end points (seams) of all perimeter loops at the jaw tips, where the part doesn't bend. - With the default "Nearest" seam, PrusaSlicer stacked all six seams at the root of one jaw in every layer. The perimeters split apart there when the clip was flexed. - With the seams at the tips, the problem went away. - Bonding. For better bonding between perimeters, print about 10 °C hotter than usual (220 °C for PLA+) with the part cooling fan reduced to 30–40 %. The part has no overhangs, so less cooling does no harm.
