Sobre este modelo
Slides onto a WAS-110 and allows mounting a 40mm fan with clearance for other SFP modules and equipment. All the other models I found online mounted on top of the WAS-110 and I needed more clearance. This might work with other SFP modules, I only tested with the WAS-110.
Tested in a Startech RK1833BKM rack and the door closes without any issues, plenty of clearance, no rattle, etc. You will need four m3 screws that are the depth of your fan + 10mm. My fan is 20mm so I used 30mm screws (20+10=30). My exact parts - Noctua NF-A4x20 5V (40x40x20mm)
- 4x m3 30mm
- Random old USB Power brick (only needs 5.5v for the fan, no resistors or anything)
- Random old USB cable (cut the end off and solder to the plug adapter included with the fan)
I printed in PETG and have had no issues with brittleness, drooping, etc. Slow down your printer to keep the lines smooth otherwise they will look ugly. I used a simple M220 S50 command at layer 125. Orient like the picture with supports enabled.
