Print the flat sections and assemble the skull by interlocking the pieces. Waffle construction is a fabrication technique where a 3D surface or solid object is sliced into an interlocking grid of flat, 2D ribs along the X and Y axes.

If printing at scale, use the “Snug” version. If scaling up you made find the “Tight” version works better, if scaling down you may find the “Loose” version works better.
The file showing the complete assembled skull is for demonstration purposes only, do not print it. The printable files are included as zip files grouped according to type of fit.
