Born from a forbidden ritual within the Madhouse, the Voice of Madness is the manifestation of a collective consciousness from beyond reality. Once the human assistant Pharazar, his body becomes a multidimensional vessel through which the beings inhabiting the flesh of Madness can speak. His anatomy unfolds across impossible geometries, revealing organs, bones, and countless overlapping faces existing simultaneously in different planes. Neither a god nor a monster, this terrifying entity serves as a warning against the dangers of meddling with forces beyond mortal comprehension, where even reality itself begins to unravel.
