The problem When driving with a VEVOR diesel heater fuel tank installed in a vehicle, diesel fuel can splash out through the small air ventilation hole in the cap. This can cause unpleasant diesel smells inside the vehicle. The solution This 3D-printed insert is designed to reduce fuel splashing through the ventilation hole while allowing air to enter the fuel tank. 3D Printing Instructions - Material: PCTG - Print orientation: As shown in the model - Supports: Not required - Print as: One single piece - Infill: 15% recommended - Layer height: 0.16–0.20 mm

Installation The insert is designed to be installed inside the original fuel cap. Secure it in place using a suitable adhesive compatible with diesel fuel and PCTG. Important: This is a DIY modification. Test the cap for leaks and proper ventilation before use. Never completely block the fuel tank ventilation. Designed and tested as a practical solution for a common VEVOR diesel heater fuel tank problem.
