PETG , Support on build plate only (support touching buildplate). ¤ Pealess whistle 🖨️ Recommended Print Settings My 3D Printing Settings To ensure maximum airtightness and structural rigidity (which are critical for optimal whistle volume and tone quality), I used the following print specs: Material: PETG (highly recommended for outdoor durability and impact resistance). Infill: 80% , Solid (essential to prevent air leaks through the walls and maximize resonance). Layer Height: 0.16 mm (fine layers help achieve smooth internal walls and a sharp labium edge for a cleaner sound). Wall count: 4 Supports: Touching buildplate only / overhang support only (keep the internal air chambers and labium/window clean and free of support material).
