Some head units have the USB port in the back, there is no spot to put the USB extension cable, so i fixed it with this.

TPU recommended heavily, comes with a small cap to cover the hole.
Only tested on the Audi A3 8P, likely fits any car where you can screw this into. (and where the depth is not much off.)
The USB extension cable needs to have specific type of female end, you can see it in the image, if there is lots of plastic around the female side of the USB port, it will not fit.
