Universal Print-in-Place Bearing Puller Collection (Blind Hole) Struggling to extract bearings stuck inside blind holes during prototyping or maintenance? Ruining printed parts and denting bearing shields with screwdrivers is now a thing of the past. This Universal Print-in-Place Bearing Puller Set covers the most widely used metric and imperial bearings (5mm to 10mm ID). Each model prints as a single, fully assembled functional tool in ~15–20 minutes with zero supports. Each size features debossed diameter markings on the handle head so you can quickly identify and grab the exact tool you need from your toolbox.

Key Features

- Zero Assembly (Print-in-Place): Prints in one piece ready to use immediately off the build plate without supports.

- Positive Step-Lock Mechanism: Pushing the plunger drives an internal stepped pin that forces the collet arms outward, locking them firmly behind the inner race's internal chamfer for a slip-free mechanical pull.

-

- Debossed Size Markings: Clear engraved numbers on the rear thumb rest allow effortless identification when printing the full set.

-

- Ultra-Fast & Sacrificial-Friendly: Prints in approximately 15 to 20 minutes per size.

- For certain tightly-fitted bearings, printing them at 1–2% larger scale can provide greater frictional grip.

- Even without printing at a larger scale, you can achieve stronger friction by using materials such as double-sided adhesive.

Parametric Model Support

- If you require a size not covered by the standard profiles, you can generate one using a parametric model. (This can also be used for other similar applications beyond bearing removal.)

- The parametric model supports diameters up to a maximum of 10 mm; however, diameters smaller than 5 mm may lead to the fusion of components, and the central pin may become too thin to be functional.
