Sobre este modelo
This is a 4 way utility tool designed to open most common electrical, water and service cabinets. It includes a 6 mm square, an 8 mm square, a 5mm circle (Schneider key) and an 8 mm triangular socket.
The two peace design offers several advantages: It can be printed without supports, it is printed in the optimal direction for a stronger print, and if one of the sockets breaks you only need to re-print half of it.
The hole in the middle of the screw (keyed for a CR-V5 Allen (5mm)) its used for screwing it down of course, however after that it can be used to hold an Allen, to insert a bar to apply leverage, or allow a chain to be passed through it.
The small triangles you can find in both parts should align when mounting it so the thread remains continuous.
No glue or extra hardware required, no supports needed, although one it's helpful to support the single overhang it has. Use no less than 40% infill for a strong result. Any material should suffice, but ABS would work better.
I have provided the STEP files for the original model and my modifications.
Note: I have realized that the outer diameter of the small square and triangular sockets are a milimeter too wide. Fixed in the v2 model.
