Ultra-strong clothespin I am continuing with my series of clamps and clips. I was interested in creating a clip that maintains constant pressure even when closed. I added a flexible clamp to the two halves and bent its ends at a slight angle so that they exert constant pressure when joined. Assembling the clip is a bit more technical. First, insert the Omega-shaped clamp into one half. Then, press the second half onto the Omega shape and slowly open the clip.It really helped to insert the tip of the pen into the Omega-shaped clip to spread the jaws, making it easier to attach the second part. I rested them against the table and pressed down firmly. For greater strength, I recommend a layer height of 0.2 mm and at least 3 perimeters; I used 4.
