Printing - choose one size (5, 10, or 12) and print one of the lids and one of the bases. - print with 0.4mm or 0.6mm nozzle at layer heights up to 0.3mm and 0.4mm respectively for fast printing - enable "detect thin walls" if using 0.6mm nozzle - to save material, you can use 10% rectilinear infill with 0 degree fill angle. With a 0.6mm nozzle you can print only 1 perimeter

Troubleshooting For the lid clip to work, printer needs to be well calibrated, with a flat and leveled build plate and extrusion calibration. If the lid is still difficult to take off, try filing the lid clips. If the lid releases by itself, try increasing XY Size Compensation. For safety precautions, I don't recommend holding the full box by the lid.
