Twist Lock Photo Box - Lithophane Parts

Turns a Twist Lock Photo Box into a lithophane display.

Printing - All parts can be printed without supports. - Print the base clips with two perimeters and zero infill so they can easily flex. - Print the spring with enough perimeters that the spring arm is entirely solid. - Add brims to prevent curling. All parts must print flat to fit correctly. - Avoid silk or matte filaments on the mechanical parts on this design. These tend to be more brittle than regular filaments.

Assembly - See the video above for basic assembly. - Wrap LED strips around lithophane core and run the cord through the hole in the bottom of the box.

Optional Assembly - Add 6x3mm magnets to the topper and lid for slightly more snap in the puzzle mechanism - Use glue or 6-8mm M3 bolts to secure the spring to the box lid

Dimensions - Interior: 90 x 90 x 67mm - Photo: 87 x 55mm - Maximum height for HueForge panels (on edge of print): 0.9mm
