Sobre este modelo

Tiny Engineer - Give your AI coding agent a body Tiny Engineer is a small, 3D-printable robot that sits on your desk and physically acts out what your coding AI is doing. Your agent reads files → Tiny Engineer scans his screen It writes code → Tiny Engineer types It thinks or waits → Tiny Engineer looks up It finishes the task → DING! It rings the bell 🔔 It has five moving servos, an OLED face, Wi-Fi and a speaker, all controlled by an ESP32-C3. I built it because I wanted something more fun than another status icon or progress spinner while working with coding agents. Instead, there is now a tiny teammate sitting next to my monitor doing its best impression of a software engineer. ▶ Watch Tiny Engineer demo on YouTube Build your own The models uploaded here are designed for SG90 micro servos — inexpensive, widely available, and probably the most common hobby servo you can buy. The complete project includes: - printable 3D models - assembly instructions - electronics shopping list - ESP32 firmware - open-source main control board - PCB and KiCad files - flashing instructions - AI coding-agent integrations - HTTP API documentation

The standard build uses: - ESP32-C3-Zero - 5× SG90 servos - OLED display - speaker + audio amplifier - main control board - M2 screws - 5 V / ≥2 A USB power supply

Full build guide and source files: 👉 https://github.com/jamro/tiny-engineer If you are planning to build one, the GitHub repository is the best place to start. It contains the latest models, firmware, electronics documentation and step-by-step instructions. Connect it to your AI agent Tiny Engineer connects to Wi-Fi and exposes a simple HTTP API. Your computer sends events to the robot and the robot turns them into movement, facial expressions and sounds. Ready-to-use integrations are available for: - Claude Code - Cursor - Antigravity

It can also work with Codex, Windsurf or basically anything else that can send an HTTP request. That means you can also use Tiny Engineer outside coding agents — from your own scripts, automations or experiments. Make it your Tiny Engineer Please customize it. Change the face. Redesign the desk. Give it different accessories. Build another character around the electronics. Add sensors. Change how it reacts to your agent. The SG90 version published here is just the easiest starting point. The GitHub repository also contains variants for other servo types, and the mechanical source files are available as parametric Fusion 360 designs, so dimensions can be adjusted rather than forcing every build to use exactly the same hardware. If your local servo is slightly different, or you want to redesign part of the robot, you don't have to start from an STL. Modify the source and make it yours. Difficulty I would call Tiny Engineer a medium-difficulty build. It was designed to be approachable as a first proper hardware project for a software engineer, but it is more than a one-LED Arduino tutorial. You will print mechanical parts, assemble servos, connect electronics, flash an ESP32 and hook the finished robot up to software. If that sounds fun rather than terrifying, you are probably the target audience. :) Open source Tiny Engineer is fully open source. The repository includes the software, firmware, integrations, electronics and editable mechanical source files: ⭐ https://github.com/jamro/tiny-engineer If you like the project, star the repository — it helps me understand how many people are interested and makes it easier to keep developing the project. And if you build one, please post a Make here on Thingiverse or share your version with the project community. I would love to see what your tiny teammate ends up looking like.
