Tilt Drawers for IKEA SKÅDIS This is a compact, print‑in‑place tilt‑drawer system designed for the IKEA SKÅDIS pegboard. The entire unit prints as a single piece, including the hinge and the guided tilt channel, and requires no supports or assembly. The drawer should open smoothly straight off the build plate. A clean build surface is recommended so the rear mounting legs remain stable during printing until the bridging completes. Interchangeable Name Plate System Each drawer includes two small front buttons that accept a thin, 0.6 mm snap‑on name plate. These plates are quick to print, inexpensive, and easy to replace. They provide a simple way to label drawers without bulky or complex attachment systems. Utility Tray The top surface functions as a small utility tray. It is useful for temporarily holding parts, counting out hardware, or staging items before returning them to the drawer. This feature adds practical value without increasing the footprint. Mounting System The unit attaches to SKÅDIS using two integrated legs on the back. Installation is tool‑free, and the model prints without supports. Multiple units can be placed adjacent to each other. While vertical stacking is not perfectly aligned, drawers can still open when placed directly above other units. Intended Use The drawers are sized for small items such as screws, nuts, bolts, washers, craft supplies, and other small hardware. Print Settings - Layer height: 0.2 mm
