Sobre este modelo

These files are part of my print automation project for the A1 Mini and A1. The files are an upgrade for the A1 Mini tilt the printer at a 20 degree angle to help clear the bed during the ejection phase. You can watch the full YouTube video here on how this works: Automate your A1 & A1 Mini, Free & Easy (https://youtu.be/SFd0sxN2eqk)

🔹 DETAILS - detailed print instructions included (material, settings, orientation, size ...) - Modifiable STEP files - 3MF files for Bambu Studio

MATERIALS NEEDED - 1x M4x15-20 mm screw (not longer or it might hit your extruder head) - 1x M4 nut - Rubber pads for the sides and bottom (anything no slip surface you have around) - A 3mm hex key with at least 100 mm length.

Feel free to modify the STEP files for your needs. You can also send me the modified file and I’ll add it to the upload for others to use. I recommend placing something rubbery under the front of the A1 Mini so it doesn’t slide away.

You can also screw the tilt blocks to your printing table and add screws and some kind of limiter block (a simple block with a screw is enough) at the front of the printer. For the A1:

Some else already made a tilt block model for the A1: A1 Tiltblocke Model (https://www.printables.com/model/1012180-bambu-a1-20-degree-tilt-block-for-auto-ejection)

🎨 Filament recommended for this design This is a functional part and I highly recommend printing it with material that maintains its shape under long tension times, you can use: - Carbon Fiber Reinforced Filaments* (https://go.factoriandesigns.com/Fiber-Reinforced) - Polycarbonate (PC)* (https://go.factoriandesigns.com/PC-Polycarbonate) - Nylon (PA)* (https://go.factoriandesigns.com/Fiber-Reinforced)

I recommend the PETG-CF filament, any color is fine.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who supports my work!
