This is the spool that goes with the Spool Holder (https://thangs.com/designer/mmasson/3d-model/Mulitboard%20-%20Wire%20Spool%20Holder-1058182).
I didn't like having the edge of the spool glued or friction fitted in the original model (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4610854/files). I redesigned the spool with threads now you just screw the parts together and it stays firmly in place.
The tolerances have been adjusted and the spool/pins should fit together without too much pain.
You can use a coin or a screwdriver for the pins, but be careful it's still small plastic parts and can break.
