THE PEEKER — Halloween Door Corner Decor

Something is watching from the doorway.

THE PEEKER brings a crooked grin and two skeletal hands to the corner of your door frame. The elongated skull, carved cracks, recessed eyes and curled fingers create a peeking-creature effect without a full skeleton or a large display.

THREE SEPARATE PRINTED PIECES One sculpted face, one upper hand and one side hand. Position them independently on fixed door casing or the adjacent wall to suit your doorway. There are no moving fingers, hinges or snap-fit mechanisms.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE • One two-color AMS face 3MF with ivory and black material volumes already assigned. • Two single-color hand 3MF reference projects. • Three STL alternatives: the whole face (single-color only) and the two hands. • English and Turkish printing/mounting instructions, actual-model render and digital validation reports. The two-color face is distributed as 3MF, not separate color STLs. It prints as one assembled face; no black inserts or painting are required. This is a digital download. No physical decoration, adhesive, door or other props are supplied.

DIMENSIONS AT 100% SCALE Face: 108 × 192 × 43 mm. Upper hand: 80.8 × 151.7 × 32.2 mm. Side hand: 76.2 × 153.3 × 32.1 mm. The example arrangement is approximately 40 cm tall; spacing is adjustable because the pieces mount separately. Check your casing and available flat contact area before printing. The design is not verified as a universal fit.

PRINTING Suggested starting point: PLA, 0.4 mm nozzle, 0.16 mm layers, 3 walls, 10% infill, automatic tree supports and a 3 mm outer brim. Print each piece with its flat back on the bed. Supports are required around overhanging fingers and facial details. Remove them carefully before mounting. The 3MF files use an X1 Carbon 0.4 mm reference profile. Select your own printer, plate and filament and re-slice. No ready-to-run G-code is included.

COLOR & FINISH Open 01-Face-Two-Color-AMS.3mf as a project. Filament 1 is ivory/bone PLA; filament 2 is black PLA. Keep both color volumes together in the supplied assembly. Black eye sockets, pupils, nostrils and the mouth interior are printable material regions. Print both hands in ivory. The face remains one physical piece and the full decoration remains three pieces. Select your own printer, plate and compatible PLA presets, map the two filaments to your AMS slots, then re-slice. Inspect the color preview before printing. The whole-face STL is a single-color fallback, not the AMS file. Subtle weathering visible in styled images is illustrative and is not additional printed color geometry.

MOUNTING Use suitable mounting tape on the flat backs, following the tape manufacturer's surface, load and curing instructions. There are no screw holes or keyhole fittings in this version. Mount to fixed casing or an adjacent flat wall, not across a moving door seam. Check the door through its complete opening and closing movement before leaving the pieces mounted. Fingers that project toward the opening may need to be repositioned outward on your particular door. For PLA, choose an indoor or sheltered, heat-protected location. Mounting adhesion and outdoor exposure have not been physically tested.

REFERENCE ESTIMATES X1 Carbon 0.4 mm reference profile, 0.16 mm layers, 3 walls, 10% infill, supports and purge tower enabled: Two-color face: approximately 11 h 49 min / 213.5 g total (154.7 g ivory + 58.8 g black), 164 filament changes. Upper hand: approximately 2 h 46 min / 43.3 g. Side hand: approximately 2 h 49 min / 44.1 g. Full set: approximately 17 h 25 min / 300.8 g including reference supports, purge and tower.
