THE OTHER SIDE turns a miniature paneled door into a strategy game with a dedicated home for every piece. Separate the two halves to reveal an ivory 9 × 9 board and a burgundy storage tray. Twenty walls and four simple tapered pawns fit into individual slots and wells. After play, pack the pieces away and replace the board to return the set to its architectural door form.

The four recessed panels, molded ivory surround and small ochre knob make the closed set an object for your shelf as well as your game table.

WHAT'S INCLUDED - One editable 3MF project: the final two-wall-color layout, arranged on eight color-separated plates. - Seven unique STL files, P01–P07. - Printing and assembly guide, part/plate list and license documents. - 20 walls: 10 ivory and 10 burgundy. Four distinguishable pawn colors.

PARTS P01: one continuous 81-cell board. P02: one storage cassette with 20 wall slots and four pawn wells built in. P03: one four-panel door facade. P04: one molded frame with wraparound sleeve. P05: four tapered pawns. P06: twenty walls. P07: one door knob. Total: 29 printed pieces, using seven unique part designs. Tiles and storage compartments are integral; they do not require individual assembly.

SIZE & PRINTER FIT Board and frame footprint: 194 × 254 mm at 100% scale. Walls: 34 × 17 × 2 mm; pawns: 16 × 16 × 16 mm. IMPORTANT: the 254 mm parts do not fit a 250 × 250 mm bed at 100% scale. The supplied project uses 256 × 256 mm plates and leaves only 1 mm at each end of the long parts. Check your printer's actual printable area and exclusion zones before starting. Do not add a brim that exceeds the bed. Uniform scaling also changes the designed clearances, so fit must be rechecked after any scaling.

PLATES & COLORS 1. Ivory board and 10 ivory walls. 2. Ivory frame, front face down. 3. Burgundy storage cassette and 10 burgundy walls. 4. Burgundy facade and burgundy pawn. 5. Terracotta pawn. 6. Olive pawn. 7. Navy pawn. 8. Ochre knob. The last four plates keep small accents separately colored on a single-color printer; they are not four structural assemblies. You can reduce print runs by recoloring accents and arranging them in free space on matching-color plates. Keep pawns distinguishable. No multi-material system is required for the supplied layout.

PRINTING Suggested starting settings: PLA, 0.4 mm nozzle, 0.20 mm layers, three walls, four top/bottom layers and 15–20% infill. STLs are supplied on flat printing faces. Walls print flat on their broad side; stand them upright for play. Keep the frame front-face down. The supplied project enables support for the frame; inspect shallow details, bridging and support removal in the slicer before printing. Do not describe the whole set as support-free. Select your own printer, bed and filament profiles. The 3MF is not pre-sliced G-code. Import the 3MF OR the STL files, not both.

ASSEMBLY Glue the facade's flat back to the exterior bottom of the storage cassette, centered. Slide this assembly into the ivory frame from the rear and glue only the stationary contact surfaces. Attach the knob to the right door stile. Keep glue out of the storage slots and perimeter locating skirt. The game board remains separate and removable. The halves locate with a slip-fit; there is no hinge or latch. Support both halves when carrying. No screws or magnets are required.

GAME Designed around a 9 × 9 wall-and-pawn strategy layout for two or four players. Use the included pieces; compatibility with parts from other editions is not verified.
