Table Top Hydroponics with a tube feeder

I've designed my own tower based off different elements i liked from other towers like the tube feeder in the middle, the cup design, or even the dispenser at the top. The basin top is designed to fit a specific plastic container so that water isn't sitting in a 3D printed base. It should stand about 13" tall fully put together. Unless you add more tiers then it'll be taller. Each tier holds 3 cups, and the basin top has a handy pour hole and chord hole.
