PETG, 0.2mm layer height, 3 perimeters for the clips. Super glue the upper tab of the clip into the cutout on the cover. Be patient gluing the clips on, they can move around before the glue dries. Spacing is symmetrical so just make sure they're all in the same direction. The cover is weaker than the original so be careful pressing it into the frame.
