On the front of the motor is a choke knob. That knob connects to a metal shaft. The metal shaft connects to a plastic adapter that has an expanding part that clips onto the metal knob of the choke mechanism on the carburetor. That bit of plastic apparently can crack and then it's a pain to try to fix it. This 3D print fixes that problem. Print with supports. We tried 3.9mm and 4.0mm for the metal knob of the choke mechanism fit. I don't recall which is perfect but the CAD files are included if you need to tweak it. We printed in PLA which should be fine but maybe something a bit more heat resistant would be ideal.
