Thanks to Valve, we now have the exact CAD for the extended light blocker found in the Ergonomic Accessories Kit! I printed this with Amazon Basics TPU at 100% infill and used tree supports. The supports can be hard to remove. I recommend using some flush cutters. The orientation in the .3mf file worked well for me first try!
