Stacking Snowman Treat Jar - 2 Screw-Top Christmas Candy Jars with Head Lid, Top Hat, Knit Scarf & Coal Face

A cheerful snowman that is really a set of two threaded candy jars. Unscrew the head to open the middle jar, unscrew the middle ball to reach the big bottom jar - perfect for Christmas sweets, cookies, a stocking stuffer or a hidden gift card / cash surprise. Original design, no supports needed.

WHAT YOU GET

- Bottom jar (Ø104 mm) with female thread in the neck

- Middle jar (Ø84 mm) with its own floor: threaded spigot below, female thread on top, sockets for arms and buttons

- Head lid (Ø60 mm) with threaded spigot, pockets for coal eyes, carrot nose and coal smile

- Top hat with snowflake band - sits on a romb key, so you twist the head off by the hat

- Knit-texture scarf collar

HOW IT WORKS

- Right-hand thread, 4 mm pitch, 49° flanks, 0.30 mm radial clearance (~0.28 mm measured gap), about 2 turns per joint

- Every joint closes on a 47.7° cone seat, so the snowballs meet with a clean seam

- Two separate compartments: approx. 0.3 l (bottom) and 0.2 l (middle)

- All fits, unscrew paths (3 full turns) and inserts were checked digitally with boolean collision tests

- Assembled: approx. 104 x 104 x 197 mm, 178 mm across the arms

- Approx. 230 g PLA in total (3 walls, 15 % infill)

PRINTING

- Every part prints in the orientation of the file, NO SUPPORTS (all overhangs ≤ 45°, cavity roofs are self-supporting cones)

- 0.2 mm layers, 0.4 mm nozzle, 3-4 walls, 15 % infill

- Suggested colours: white, red, black, orange, brown - or print all white and paint the details

- Big balls supplied as 3MF, small parts as STL
