Sobre este modelo

I'm dabbling with an idea for a standardized mounting system for all of our tinkering electronics. Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and everything in between. Basics: 1. Everything is based on a 10mm square pattern. So far I've found that rounding various PCB size up doesn't leave much waste. 2. All holes are on a 10mm x 10mm square pattern, 3mm counter sunk holes. The base panel uses 3.5mm holes for ease of installation. The component sleds use a 2.9mm hole for self threading. 3. Offset all sled outside perimeters 0.2mm inward to create a slight clearance and make it less likely for a lower quality print (hint hint) to interfere. 4. Everything is intended to be printed on one flat surface. Base plates print upside down to make the countersunk holes easier to print. 5. All of the sled bases are at least 3mm thick, all of the baseplates are 5mm thick, so M3x8mm countersink bolts can be used. 6. Countersink holes on the bottom of the baseplate are deep enough to fully contain the bolt head, so the end product is less likely to scuff up work surfaces, tables, etc.

Let me know what you think. I'll add more sleds as I get time. Request something custom if you want. I design everything in Fusion.

Dec 11, 2025 Update - I added a sled for the Arduino Uno, and a large breadboard. Also found out the 200x200 base plate fits into a Plano 3700 open tote perfectly. Plano Model # 23731-01 - Stowaway Deep Open Compartment
