Spider-Man Desk Display — Pannello Decorativo a Strati (fan made)

A compact wall-art style decorative panel designed for a desk, shelf, gaming setup, or workstation. Fan-made, unofficial model.

LAYERED DESIGN

The model uses three colors to create depth: black for the rear layer and base; red for the background panel, with specially designed slots to accommodate the web; blue for the raised web, which protrudes approximately 2 mm from the background; and black again for the spider, a separate piece placed on top of the composition as the main focal point.

The combination of recessed areas, the raised web, and the separate spider creates a strong three-dimensional effect while keeping the model simple to print. It looks especially striking with ambient lighting behind or around it.

Plate 1, spider and web: 1h 28m, 9.6 g, 1 filament change, supports required.

Plate 2, background panel: 2h 29m, 32.8 g, 3 filament changes.

Total: approximately 4 hours and 42 g of material.

Profile used: 0.12 mm High Quality, 2 walls, 15% infill. The 0.12 mm layer height is not just for show: on the raised web and around the edges of the spider, a thicker layer height tends to blur the finer details and reduces the layered effect.

DESIGN A STRATI

Il modello sfrutta tre colori per costruire la profondità: nero per lo strato posteriore e la base; rosso per il pannello di sfondo, con le fessure ricavate apposta per accogliere la ragnatela; blu per la ragnatela in rilievo, che sporge di circa 2 mm dallo sfondo; nero di nuovo per il ragno, un pezzo separato appoggiato sopra la composizione come punto focale.

La combinazione tra aree incassate, ragnatela in rilievo e ragno staccato dà un effetto tridimensionale netto pur restando un modello semplice da stampare. Con una luce ambientale dietro o intorno rende particolarmente bene.
