Small-Part Storage — Stackable Drawer Case with 24 Divider Layouts 🗄️ Screws, connectors, nozzles and beads end up in one jar, and finding one part means emptying it. I wanted a drawer for every kind of small part, divided the way those parts need, so I designed a four-drawer case and a full set of divider layouts to go in it. 🟩 𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗠𝗔𝗞𝗘𝗦 𝗜𝗧 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞 ▸ 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗗𝗿𝗮𝘄𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝗮𝘀𝗲 — Each slot is 146.4mm wide and 35mm tall, and the 34.2mm drawer slides in with room to spare. ▸ 𝟮𝟰 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗟𝗮𝘆𝗼𝘂𝘁𝘀 — Uniform grids from one open bin (1x1) to sixteen compartments (4x4), plus eight mixed layouts with wide and narrow strips. Every drawer fits every slot, so mix them however you like. ▸ 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝘁-𝗢𝘂𝘁 𝗗𝗿𝗮𝘄𝗲𝗿𝘀 — Pull a drawer all the way out and carry it to the bench. ▸ 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗰𝗸𝘀 𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗛𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲 — Four rounded feet under each case drop into four dimples on top of the case below. ▸ 𝗪𝗮𝗹𝗹-𝗠𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 — Four countersunk holes in the back take #6 or M3.5 flat-head screws, and recesses in the back of each drawer clear a screw head that sits a little proud. 🟩 𝗚𝗢𝗢𝗗 𝗙𝗢𝗥 ▸ Screws, nuts and bolts ▸ Electronics parts: resistors, connectors, LEDs, headers ▸ Printer spares: nozzles, hotend parts, magnets, bearings ▸ Craft and hobby bits: beads, sewing notions, model parts 🟩 𝗛𝗢𝗪 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗟𝗔𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗦 𝗔𝗥𝗘 𝗡𝗔𝗠𝗘𝗗 ▸ Grids are across x deep, looking at the drawer from its handle. A 2x3 is two compartments side by side and three from front to back. ▸ Mixes list their strips left to right, and each number is how many pockets that strip has from front to back. A plain number is a half-width strip, n is a narrow third and w a wide two-thirds. 🟩 𝗣𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗧 𝗦𝗘𝗧𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗦 Every part is pre-configured in its own 3MF. No supports, no brim. ▸ Case: 10 h 10 m, 415.45 g ▸ Each drawer: 2 h 10 m to 5 h 5 m, 98 to 160 g (every layout is listed in the guide) 0.20mm layer height · PLA · 220 °C nozzle · 60 °C bed · 0.4mm nozzle · 10% gyroid infill Case: 2 walls · 5/3 top and bottom · prints on its back Drawers: 3 walls · 5/3 top and bottom · concentric top 🟩 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗡𝗨𝗠𝗕𝗘𝗥𝗦 ▸ Case: 152.4 x 154.6 x 155.4mm ▸ Drawer: 145.4 x 158.5 x 34.2mm ▸ Parts: 1 case + 24 drawer layouts, and both fit a 180 x 180mm bed Happy printing! 🗄️
