Slide Lens Cover - HONOR Choice Projector Air Pro

A sliding dust cover for the projector lens – works like a webcam cover. Keep the lens protected when the projector isn't in use and slide it open when you need it. The cover consists of two printed parts: a frame that sticks around the lens and a slider that moves inside the frame.

COMPATIBILITY Designed for the HONOR Choice Projector Air Pro: - 40 mm lens in a 65 × 43 mm flat black area - Lens is 5 mm from the right edge of the black area and flush with its bottom, 4 mm above the bottom edge of the projector - Tested only on my own HONOR Choice Projector Air Pro DIMENSIONS - Frame: 93.8 × 46.0 × 4.7 mm – extends about 29 mm to the left of the black area, so the front of the projector must be flat there - Slider: 46.0 × 43.9 × 4.2 mm (including the grip knob) - Sliding fit clearance: 0.25 mm on the sides, 0.3 mm in height ASSEMBLY 1. Insert the slider into the open section of the frame (the part without lips). 2. Slide it to the left until it stops – the last 8 mm go under short lips that hold it in place. 3. Attach the frame around the lens with double-sided tape (no glue needed). 4. Slide the cover over the lens to close it, slide it left to open. ⚠ Always slide the cover fully to the left before projecting. PRINTING - Print both parts flat, frame with the base plate down - No supports needed - PETG recommended (the only material tested). Clear PETG will let light through the cover.
