This is a mask I made from a CT scan to fit my own head very closely. It is designed to press my ears back for a very snug fit. Anyone printing their own mask will likely want to obtain a scan of their own head so they can modify and scale the files for a better personal fit. I have an average male.

I have an average male head size, but my nose is fairly small. You may need to remove some material behind the ethmoid bone to accommodate a larger nose.
