SKÅDIS wall spacers and caps (20 mm stand-off)
How I fixed my SKÅDIS board straight to a brick wall. Each fixing, from the front: printed cap, M5 x 25 penny washer, SKÅDIS board, printed 20 mm spacer, wall. The 20 mm stand-off gives the hooks room behind the board, and the cap hides the screw head and washer neatly.

How I fixed my SKÅDIS board straight to a brick wall. Each fixing, from the front: printed cap, M5 x 25 penny washer, SKÅDIS board, printed 20 mm spacer, wall. The 20 mm stand-off gives the hooks room behind the board, and the cap hides the screw head and washer neatly.
Hardware per fixing: one 4.5 x 60 mm screw and a 7 mm wall plug. I used 8 fixings on a large board; print 10 of each for spares. The spacer is 16 mm across with a 5 mm hole; change sizes at the top of board_fixings.scad.
Print settings: PETG, 0.2 mm layers, 4 walls, 25% gyroid, no supports.
