SILENCE! - Stealth Solar Anti-Bark LED Fence Light

Got a neighbor's dog that won't shut up, but don't want the drama of pointing an ugly plastic ultrasonic box over the fence? Problem solved.

SILENCE! is a functional, parametric designed, weather-resistant enclosure designed to look exactly like a modern, edge-lit solar fence light. In reality, it houses a solar-powered ultrasonic bark deterrent. The 45-degree louvers on the front conceal the transmitter from eye level while allowing high-frequency 20-25kHz sound waves to freely project into the target zone.

Because Thangs is about the geometry, I have included the raw STEP files for both the full straddle-mount assembly and the split LED-only housing. You can easily bring this back into your CAD software to remix it as a weatherproof shell for your own microcontrollers or edge computing nodes.

Print Profile & Slicer Settings This geometry was designed specifically for PETG-CF to handle outdoor UV and thermal loads without warping.

⚠️ PRINTER HARDWARE WARNING: If you are printing this on a machine with stock hardware, you MUST upgrade to a Hardened Steel Nozzle and Hardened Extruder Gears. Abrasive carbon fiber will destroy stainless steel components.

Sparse Infill: 20% Gyroid

Internal Solid Infill: Rectilinear

Support Interface: Rectilinear pattern, 0.2mm Top Z-distance

Flushing: "Flush into objects' infill" and "Flush into support" must be strictly disabled to prevent structural weak points.
